Troop 99 in the Bronx Boy Scouts of America Certificate of Tests Passed for Scout Walter Hasselbach of the Pine Tree Patrol had satisfactorily completed Second Class Test No. 10 in Compass on April 10, 1937. Scoutmaster stamped by Wm. P Faush with the examiner as Edward L. Paul stamped (and initialed). Neat old piece of scouting history. Size is approx 5.5 inches by 3 inches.
