Super neat old Audubon Society of Pennsylvania (est. 1896) Certificate that states “This Certifies that G. Albert Haines of Medord, N.J. is a Member of the Audubon Society of Pennsylvania for the protection and preservation of wild birds. No. 4769. Issued Jan 4th, 1900.” Signed by Secretary Julia Stockton Robins and President Witmer Stone. Wikipedia lists Witmer Stone (September 22, 1866–May 23, 1939) as an American ornithologist, botanist, and mammalogist, and considered to be one of the last of the “great naturalists.” Size is approx 4.75 inches by 6.5 inches.
